Cozi Scents – Terms & Conditions

At Cozi Scents, we take great care in crafting and inspecting each product before shipping to ensure you receive the best quality. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Product Inspection & Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
  • If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace or refund the affected item. To qualify, please submit clear photographic proof of the damage within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at allthingscozi@gmail.com.
  • Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

Shipping & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Cozi Scents is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
  • If a package is damaged during transit, please email us at allthingscozi@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Order Processing & Payment

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods. Payments must be completed before orders are processed.

Custom & Sale Items

  • All custom and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
