Cozi Scents Return Policy
At Cozi Scents, we take great care in crafting and inspecting our products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our candles, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on used products. However, if your order arrives damaged, we are happy to provide a replacement or refund. Please submit clear photographic proof of the damage within 7 days of delivery.
Returns for Unused Products
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email Us: Contact us at allthingscozi@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, explaining the reason for your return.
- Receive Return Instructions: Once approved, we will provide the return address and a Return Authorization Number. (Do not send your return to the address on your shipping label.)
- Pack Securely: Ensure your item is carefully packed using protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship & Save Tracking: The customer is responsible for shipping costs and must retain tracking information for reference.
Additional Notes
- We do not accept exchanges at this time.
- Used products are non-returnable.
- Returns sent to the wrong address may not be processed. Please use the return address we provide in your approval email.
