Cozi Scents Return Policy
At Cozi Scents, we take great pride in crafting high-quality candles and wellness products. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on used candles. However, if your order arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund. Please provide clear photographic proof of the damage within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at allthingscozi@gmail.com.
Returns for Unused Products
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email allthingscozi@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.
- Get Return Approval: Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and a Return Authorization Number. (Please do not send returns to the address on your shipping label.)
- Pack Securely: Items must be securely packed in their original or similar protective packaging to avoid damage during transit.
- Ship & Save Tracking: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must keep tracking details for reference.
Important Notes
- We do not offer exchanges at this time.
- Custom and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
- If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
